Ladies and Gentlemen,

Pursuant to Art. 13 section 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on data protection - GDPR), we would like to inform you that:

  1. The Data Administrator is: Easy Robots Sp. z o. o., ul. Gdyńska 32, 26-600 Radom, Regon 381032861.
  2. The data is collected for the purpose of implementing the contract and fulfilling the legal obligations of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR).
  3. Personal data will be made available to entities providing IT services for the software used by the Administrator, a document destruction company, banks, relevant tax offices and other state authorities authorized under the law.
  4. You have the following rights:
    1. the right to access the data content (in accordance with Article 15 of the General Data Protection Regulation);
    2. the right to rectification of data (in accordance with Article 16 of the General Data Protection Regulation);
    3. the right to delete data (in accordance with Article 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation);
    4. the right to restrict data processing (in accordance with Article 18 of the General Data Protection Regulation);
    5. the right to transfer data (in accordance with Article 20 of the General Data Protection Regulation);
    6. the right to object (in accordance with Article 21 of the General Data Protection Regulation);
    7. the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal,
    8. the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if it is found that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.
  5. Providing personal data is necessary to conclude a cooperation agreement. The provided scope of data results from, among others, from the regulations regarding the issuance and accounting of invoices/bills. Failure to provide the data contained in the invoice or bill will make it impossible to fulfill the obligations imposed on taxpayers and tax payers.
  6. The information you provide is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
  7. The data will not be transferred to international organizations or third countries.
  8. The data will be stored for a period of 5 years after the end of the financial year in which the invoice/bill was issued or in the event of a dispute - for a period of 6 years, until any claims expire.

physical in connection with the processing of personal data and in the matter
the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC
(General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR) we would like to inform you that:

  1. The Data Administrator is: Easy Robots Sp. z o. o., ul. Gdyńska 32, 26-600 Radom, Regon 381032861.
  2. The data is collected for the purposes of conducting the recruitment process. The legal basis for data processing is:
  • 6 section 1 letter a) - consent of the person whose data is processed in the scope of data that is not required by law,
  • 6 section 1 letter b) and c) - in terms of providing data necessary to conclude a contract and data required by labor law provisions from the candidate.
  1. Personal data will be made available to entities intermediating in the transmission of applications, entities handling e-mail and entities whose software is used by the Data Administrator to process the data contained in the CV and entities authorized under the law.
  2. You have the following rights:
    1. the right to access the data content (in accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR);
    2. the right to rectify data (in accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR);
    3. the right to delete data (in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR);
    4. the right to limit data processing (in accordance with Article 18 of the GDPR);
    5. the right to transfer data (in accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR);
    6. the right to object (in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR);
    7. the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal,
    8. the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if it is found that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.
  3. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to present your professional profile.
  4. Consent to data processing may be withdrawn by sending an e-mail to the address provided during the recruitment process or to the address indicated in point 8 below or in paper form to the following address: iod@hitze.pl. Withdrawal of consent means no participation in the recruitment process and deletion of your application.
  5. The information you provide is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
  6. The data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
  7. The data will be stored until the selected candidate accepts or rejects the job offer, and then for 6 months in order to defend against possible claims, unless you consent to participate in further recruitment processes, then the data contained in the application documents will be stored for 1 year. from the date of their receipt.

The Easy Robots profile on Facebook is a public profile. When you visit our profile, you provide us with your personal data, such as account name, comments, IP address.

On our Facebook page we present our activities, promote the events we organize and additionally inform about vacancies in our company!

We are Easy Robots Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Radom, ul. Gdyńska 32/14, 26-600 Radom is the administrator of your personal data.

For what purpose and on what basis do we process your data?

Your personal data in terms of name and surname, e-mail address, data posted by you on your profile are processed by Easy Robots Sp. z o. o. in order to respond to your inquiry, conduct further correspondence with you via Facebook.

The legal basis for such processing of your data is Art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR, which allows us to pursue our legitimate interest, which in this case is communicating with you and promoting the company's activities, informing about new products and securing Easy Robots Sp. z o. o. against possible charges.

Your personal data in terms of name and surname, e-mail address and data posted by you on your profile and/or in this group will be processed by Easy Robots Sp. z o. o. also to promote the products and services of Easy Robots Sp. z o. o. The legal basis for such processing is Art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR, which allows for the implementation of a legitimate interest, which in this case is the marketing of products or services of Easy Robots Sp. z o. o

Your personal data provided in connection with the use of the group fb group name will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.

Easy Robots Sp. z o. o. will transfer your personal data to other recipients entrusted with the processing of personal data on behalf of and for the benefit of Easy Robots Sp. z o. o

Easy Robots Sp. z o. o. will share your personal data with other recipients, provided that such an obligation results from legal provisions. Your personal data will also be made available to the owner of Facebook, i.e. Facebook Ireland Limited based in Ireland. Facebook Ireland Limited may transfer personal data stored on a Facebook profile/group to its affiliated companies, including Facebook, Inc. based in the United States of America (this company is certified by the Privacy Shield program regarding the legalization of data transfer outside the European Economic Area).

Your personal data will not be transferred to international organizations.

How long will we process your data?

Your personal data will be processed until you are interested in the content presented on the profile. You have the right to object to further processing of your data at any time.

If you take part in competitions organized by Easy Robots Sp. z o. o. through the group fb group name, Easy Robots Sp. z o. o. will process your personal data in terms of name, surname, address of residence for the duration of the competition, and if you are selected to receive a prize, your personal data will be processed after the end of the competition in order to secure any claims arising from civil law and for the purposes of archiving purposes specified in specific provisions such as the Accounting Act.

What are your rights?

You have the right to:

  • access to your personal data and receive a copy of the personal data being processed;
  • rectify your incorrect data;
  • request deletion of data (right to be forgotten) in the event of the circumstances provided for in Art. 17 GDPR;
  • request restriction of data processing in the cases indicated in Art. 18 GDPR;
  • object to data processing in the cases indicated in Art. 21 GDPR;
  • transferring the provided data, processed in an automated manner.

If you believe that your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, Warsaw).

The legitimate interest of the data administrator consists in promoting the company's activities, informing about news and contact with users, as well as securing Easy Robots Sp. z o. o. against possible allegations.
