Lines for machine operation, production automation
One of Easy Robots' many projects is a robotic line for operating a pad printing machine. This is a perfect implementation example for the food industry. The use of our solutions allowed CANPOL Polska to significantly reduce workload and losses while reducing the costs of product marking processes. In the case of this implementation, the element of individual adjustment of the parameters of robots that can work with various materials was extremely important.
Another example of Easy Robots implementation is the automation of production processes at STALKO. Thanks to the implemented automation of the CNC machine operation process using the ES5 robot, the unit time spent on performing individual tasks was reduced. As a result of the changes introduced, one operator can operate more CNC devices at the same time. The risk of interruptions in production has been significantly minimized, and planning and time management of semi-finished products is much more precise.
